Efficient Solvent Recovery System in Activated Carbon Fiber for Waste Gas Treatment
  Activated Carbon Fiber (ACF) exhaust gas treatment equipment is designed for efficient purification of industrial emissions. It excels in handling low-concentration, large-volume volatile organic compounds (VOCs), ensuring high adsorption capacity, fast desorption, and long service life.


Working Principle

  1.Adsorption:
  VOCs in the exhaust gas are captured by the micropores of the ACF material, separating harmful components from clean air, which is then discharged.

  2.Desorption and Regeneration:
  When the ACF reaches saturation, it is regenerated using heated air, desorbing the VOCs for reuse. The concentrated exhaust gas is processed in a catalytic combustion unit, converting it into CO and HO with over 95% efficiency.

  3.Energy Efficiency:
  Heat generated during the catalytic process is recycled to maintain the desorption temperature, minimizing energy consumption and supporting continuous operation.

  This compact, energy-saving solution offers reliable performance for industries requiring strict emission control.

  1.High Adsorption Capacity:

  ACF effectively adsorbs both high- and low-concentration pollutants. It captures toluene at <10 ppm, compared to GAC's threshold of >100 ppm.

  2.Rapid Adsorption:
  Gas adsorption is 2-3 orders of magnitude faster than GAC.

  3.Effortless Regeneration:
  ACF maintains performance after multiple adsorption-desorption cycles. Complete desorption occurs with hot air at 120-150ºC in 10-30 minutes.

  4.Excellent Heat Resistance:
  Withstands over 1000ºC in inert gas and 500ºC in air.

  5.Chemical Stability:
  Resistant to acids, alkalis, and features good electrical conductivity.

  6.Lightweight and Efficient:
  One-third the density of GAC, offering low filtration resistance, minimal power loss, and the ability to absorb high-viscosity liquids.
