  The resin adsorbs VOCs from exhaust gas through its macroporous structure, leveraging pore sieving, intermolecular forces, and hydrogen bonding for efficient capture. The hydrophobic resin maintains adsorption efficiency even in humid conditions, making it ideal for wet or moisture-laden exhaust streams.

Principle And Workflow


  1.Adsorption: Exhaust gas flows through the resin bed, where VOCs are selectively captured by the macroporous resin.

  2.Desorption: Once saturated, the resin is regenerated using thermal or solvent-based methods, releasing the VOCs for recovery or further treatment.
 

  3.Recycling: Regenerated resin is reused for continuous adsorption cycles, ensuring long-term efficiency.

  4.Emission Compliance: Treated exhaust gas is discharged, meeting regulatory standards for VOC emissions.

  This efficient, repeatable process provides reliable VOC removal while minimizing waste and energy consumption.
