The tail gas treatment process is suitable for large air volume low concentration gap/continuous exhaust gas purification, the general requirements of the device inlet exhaust concentration:
≤600mg/m3 The regeneration frequency of CO desorption can be adjusted in real time according to the operating load, the secondary waste heat can be recovered, and the operation energy saving effect is good.
Equipment features
1. Fixed adsorption bed can choose a variety of adsorption materials: honeycomb zeolite, granular zeolite, granular carbon, honeycomb carbon for different exhaust gas conditions.
2. Zeolite material can be regenerated at high temperature: for some easy self-polymerization and high-boiling substances, it can be regenerated at high temperature above 400ºC.
3. Safe and reliable combustion of no open flame: electric heating tube is used for CO catalytic combustion heating, and flame arrester is set at the inlet and outlet of the equipment.
4. Low combustion temperature, energy saving and consumption reduction: can save 90% of resources, save 2/3 of energy consumption.
5. High purification efficiency Standard emission: catalytic combustion purification efficiency of more than 95%, suitable for all kinds of organic waste gas.
6. Less secondary pollution less NOx: low temperature combustion does not produce NOx, and CO2 and H2O are generated after oxidation.
Technical principle
The working project of the device is divided into adsorption concentration stage and regeneration stage, the working principle is as follows:
1.Adsorption process
When the organic waste gas passes through the adsorption bed, the organic components in the waste gas are attracted to the micropores of the adsorption material and concentrated to maintain them, so that the organic components are separated from other components, and the other component gas (clean gas) is drained by the fan.
2.Regeneration process
After the adsorption material is saturated, the adsorption material is desorbed by hot air to regenerate, so that the adsorption material is put back into use, and the organic waste gas can be concentrated 10 to 20 times by controlling the flow rate of desorption process. The desorption air is heated to 250-350ºC by the electric heating device built in the catalytic combustion device. Under the action of the catalyst, the purification efficiency of the catalytic oxidation process is more than 95%. After oxidation, CO2 and H2O are generated and a lot of heat is released. Part of it is used to heat the high concentration of desorption gas, and the other part is used as a zeolite desorption hot gas source. When the concentration of organic gas reaches more than 2000PPM, the thermal balance is reached after closing
In this case, the desorption system relies on organic exhaust gas as fuel to maintain normal operation, and the regeneration process can achieve self-balancing cycle without additional energy.
3.High temperature regeneration process
Zeolite material high temperature resistance: 600ºC, the material itself is not combustible, can be deep desorption regeneration of the adsorption bed through regular high temperature above 450ºC, the adsorption material can be used for a long time, life: ≥5 years.
